You can use insurance through Headway, pay out of pocket, or request a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.
Insurance is accepted through Headway for eligible clients in NY, NJ, and other covered states. Coverage varies by plan.
In-Network Insurance
In-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Anthem through Headway where available. Coverage depends on your specific plan, state, and benefits. You can verify your coverage directly in the booking portal.

Session Fees
Individual sessions are around 50 minutes (typically 45–55 minutes) and are $200 per session.
Payment is due at the time of session. Credit, debit, HSA, and FSA cards are accepted.
Out-of-Network Reimbursement
I can provide a superbill upon request if you have out-of-network benefits. Many plans reimburse around 50–80% of the allowed amount after your deductible is met.
A superbill is a detailed receipt you submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Self-Pay
Sessions are $200 out of pocket. Credit, debit, HSA, and FSA cards are accepted. No insurance paperwork is needed.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.
- The 48-hour notice period excludes weekends and holidays.
- Missed or late-cancelled appointments are charged the full session fee.
